Gutter - Roof Repair

I have a two storey townhouse that shares a common central wall and gutter. The gutter drains to the front of the house into a gutter collector/box with a down pipe onto a small 1.5m roof of the garages of both properties. Firstly the gutter box has rusted and is leaking water down the front of the house so needs to be replaced. This is causing a leak internally through into the garage Secondly the small roof above both of the garage is in a poor condition and needs replacing.
