Corrugated roof repair Milton St

I have just purchased a 2 bedroom unit in Milton street, Somerfield and the builders report has come back describing roof damage which has caused leaks. The roof is corrugated Iron. I need a scope of this issue and quote to repair plus an idea of timelines to get it fixed as it would be something I’d want to address in the coming weeks. It would be ideal if someone could explain the extent of the damage it’s caused from being left. Thank you. I apologise I do not have photos at this time. Unit I believe is 80sqm with an attached garage that then connects onto neighbouring garage also.
