Replace old guttering and spouting on two adjoined flats
Job description
My two adjoined 1970's flats need their guttering replaced. Good access, lovely occupants. Each property is about 90m2 and is joined by a single party wall. Each has its own access and driveway, with a detached garage. Not sure what other information would be required. Guttering is currently quite rusted, and I don't think it's been replaced since construction, although there aren't any leaks I can see.

Brilliant job, really enjoyed working with Gerrie. Was the cheapest quote, so I was a bit apprehensive, but he did exactly what he said he'd do, was great to communicate with, and I'm really happy with my new guttering
