We have a leak in our concrete tile roof, which is causing a section of our ceiling to go soft and sag. It is right up in the front corner of the house, and I haven't been able to track it down...

1.5 hrs ( including travel to and from base ) plus vehicle costs and fuel plus the tile plus costs of actioning invoice ."
