"The job was quoted and accepted .
We had no idea what was done on 3 previous attempts at fixing the leak by other roofers .
I said if it was simple it would be cheaper , we had to strip back nearly the whole side of the roof .
The owner approved the job and it was done within a week .I cant see how communications could be better"
