We'd like some help with our roof (and some related aspects) and need a suitably qualified professional due to the weathertight and structural nature of the job.
Details of the job:
- Some of the roof structural timber has cracked and needs to be repaired (braced?)
- Ridge flashing in some areas has lifted and requires re-fixing (replace with suitable-screws)
- patch two gaps/holes in the soffits due to external light fixings that have since fallen out
We have a report we can share for further details, however it may make the most sense for a site visit to confirm details.
