Bay Window Roof Repair

There are signs of water pooling at the back of the flat metal roof over the lounge bay window. There is evidence of leaking and higher than normal moisture readings indicated. Also, there are damaged tiles on the roof that should be repaired or replaced to prevent moisture ingress.
