Corrugated Iron Roof Leak

We're looking for a qualified roofer (with mobile scaffolding) and/or drainage specialist to carry out the following work at a residential property: Scope of Work: Replace or repair leaking rubber seal around a roof vent pipe (roof access required – mobile scaffolding needed) Clean out all gutters and downpipes (property is affected by leaf build-up every few months) Fit grills on 4x stormwater drains (includes removing and trimming down copper downpipes to fit grills) Install gutter whiskers or similar preventative solution to reduce future blockages from tree leaves One drain remains partially blocked with dirt/leaves – may require flushing/jetting Guttering requires cleaning approximately every 4 months Photos of current condition (including blocked guttering, drain, and vent pipe leak) are available upon request Site is accessible and work can be done during standard hours Quotes Required – Please include all labour, materials, and equipment (e.g., scaffolding) in your quote.
