Internal gutter in garage leaking

Replaced roof on old cement block garage (1960's) - this was due to the internal gutter leaking. The builder replaced the roof and gutter however about 8-12 months have passed and the gutter is leaking.

Tried using sealant (gray in photo) no luck so have scrapped it off. It seems the gutter itself is bent where the two gutters meet. No huge rush on the job.
