Roof repairs and spouting

Got an old 1910 Villa which has been extended over the years, with numerous roof materials used, main villa ok but it is the extension work/flashing that is leaking. Having just moved in a few months ago, with all the rain lately, we are finding all the problems and leaks! We knew the roof would need some work when we bought the property but we need some surveys and quotes asap! Recent high winds has also ripped off some of the guttering. I have already had a couple of contractors round, who have not got back to us. Have funds waiting for someone who is reliable and knows what they are doing.
