There is a leak in the roof - near a skylight. It only leaks when there has been heavy rain. The roof is on the garage and the whole structure is only a few years old. It is slightly sloped and easily accessed by a ladder. The GIB in the ceiling inside needs replacing once the leak has been stopped.
