45 sq metre workshop needs the roof installed. Fascia and guttering is already done (not when the pic was taken). Site is about ten minutes before Birdlings Flat, 25 minutes from Halswell. Have had seven tries so far; if you're another tosser that wants to come, look, measure and then disappear because there's so much work in town that you can't be bothered to drive "all the way out there" don't bother contacting me.
