Need a down-pipe installed.

Water is leaking through a corner section of the guttering above my bathroom. The water builds up at the corner because the nearest down-pipe is on the other side of the house and the gradient is not strong enough. I think it needs a new down-pipe installed at the corner where it is currently leaking. The guttering material is metal, green colour-steel. If it's easier to install a white down-pipe then that's fine.
