Replace roof and deck

Small roof (3.15m x 2m) has started leaking into the bedroom below. There is minimal clearance between the roof and the deck above so the decking will need to be removed to access. We would like to replace the deck so it’s probably a good time to get it done, it’s 6.85m x 3.45m.
