There are cracks on the overhang just outside the sliding doors that needs to be fixed, please. As soon as possible would be great, as I am trying to prevent further damage or any pests/rodents building homes, and potentially getting into the home itself.

His prior feedback appears to be rather stellar, so this may have been a once off. But I had to move on to a different tradesperson due to the delay I was experiencing."
