Noticed a new leak above the front door. The joint where roof (sloped) meets the wall have water marks, and water leaking out. The roof are concrete tiles. Must be somewhere on the roof as it leaks when raining. Needs the leak identified and fixed, and the gib boards replaced, and maybe repainted if cost is reasonable.

Ben was great at communicating from the quotation, to confirming the date even with Covid lockdown in the mix. The job was well done, leak was fixed. The cost is quite reasonable as well.
