It’s an old 40’s duplex, 2 stories. Where the first floor weather boards transition to the ground floor bricks is an old (lead maybe) flashing running along the exterior wall to keep water out.. yeah, not so much, it’s letting water into the ground floor brickwork. I’m very interested to know what the fix is. It’s a bad job to get to I’m afraid. Probably 4 m off the ground and a carport underneath it. But hey, that’s why we have cherry pickers right?? I’d love someone or ones to come and give me a quote. Cheers Chris.

Jamie was excellent with his communication and getting his quote to me, then really quick to doing the job. He did a great bit of work on a challenging surface. Top bloke.
