Just looking for some quotes on a property we have just bought, which needs some restoration works done on the roof. It's a 1990s, 2 storey house, with an iron roof. From looking at it, work that's needed is: - Some sheets are loose and will need securing. - Some of the nails are loose / corroded and will need replacing with Tek screws. - There are some flashings on laps that look like they could do with properly securing and resealing. - Clear plastic sheet at the rear of the property over deck has reached the end of its life and will need replacing. - Intermediate flashing needs installing between different roof pitches. - General clean, moss treatment, and galv primer / top coat application probably needs doing too. We would appreciate an opinion on whether this is enough to bring the roof up to a good standard, and a quote on cost (including any scaffolding). Thanks in advance.

Initially the job was completed to a poor standard with multiple issues. However Ascent Roofing and their owner Jeff were extremely professional and showed an exemplary attitude towards customer service, apologising unreservedly without trying to make excuses, and made everything right with no additional cost and to a high standard. This interaction demonstrates a high level of professionalism, and so I would highly recommend Ascent Roofing because of this.
