New iron roof needed
Job description
I have a two unit property with a single long gable which needs the 1960s iron replaced. It has one chimney and 3 pipes and a total property measurement: 21.97 metres x 27.10 metres approx (plus overhang of 1 metre approx). The property is single story on one side and two story on the other. I need the quote to include removal of debris and consideration of the current 3 tenants. There is off-street parking during the day. I am happy to arrange for safety edge scaffolding and delivery of the iron, but need assistance with calculating what is required.
