Re-roof Studio Roof
Job description
Roofers only please. The roof pitch is 15 degrees (see the original garage framing plan attached). The living space is 47.84m2, and I allowed an additional 3.43m2 over the living space area for the roof protrusion over the building footprint a bit and multiplied by the pitch of 15 degrees to get 58.96m2, however I do recommend that you take the time to visit the site and do your own measurement(s) for the quote. The barge boards will have to be replaced as they're damaged/semi rotten, and also new building paper or whatever is used to go under the roofing sheets will have to be included in the quote. I am looking for corrugated 0.55 mm thickness coloursteel roof for residential use. Even though the building used to be a garage, it is being converted into residential dwelling, so the roof has to be up to building code for residential use.

Archer Roofing did a great job and left the site tidy. Not only Kevin and his crew are highly skilled, but they're great people all around. Nothing is too difficult for them and they go extra mile to make customers happy. No wonder they're in such a demand. I'll definitely try to get them to replace main house roof next year and highly recommend them.
