Infrquently the roof leaks. Concrete tile probably damaged by the fixing of a tv aerial leg. Building is a 2 story 1973 build. The was leak noticed due to damage to the plasterboard kitchen ceiling. Also the ceiling neads repairing and repaining.

Altogether good, no worries and there has been some heavy rain to test the roof and no sign of leaks. Maybe another time using builders crack I should get several operators to scope and quote the job
