Repair or replace guttering, replace porch clear plastic roof
Job description
Our main issue is the gutter clips have come away from the wall in several areas around the house. We also have areas where joins between gutters have come away from each other, and we also have areas where the existing gutter system doesn't seem to drain properly. In addition our clearlite (or clear, corrugated plastic roofing) is tired and probably needs replacing. More detail on each area below: 1) Back Section of House: The guttering has come away from the board and water does not drain. 2) Back Section of House 2: The guttering and drain pipe don't seem to fit properly with the board and as a result you can see a a visibile gap between the board, gutter and between the two boards. 3) Side of the house: I'm not 100% sure what has happened here but I think the clip has come away from the wall like in the back section of the house. In heavy rain alot of water misses the gutter completely. 4) Front of House: The higher section of the roof drains onto the porch roof, in heavy rain this creates a fast flow of water that flows directly to the ground . Seeking suggestions if there is an alternate way to drain the water? 5) Deck: Above our deck we have a clearlite roofing system that is quite old. The guttering above the clearlite has come away at the joins and you can see areas it drips onto the roof. It would be great if we could get the guttering fixed and the roofing replaced as it is becoming brittle in some areas. We are flexible on timeframes or dates. It is a 1920s villa (approx 130 sqm), straightforward shape, and we have no idea of the condition of any of the gutters and have not done any cleaning or maintenance of them in 2.5 years as we don't have a long enough ladder! We did get some minor repairs ~9 month ago when we had the roof painted but the winter has seen the guttering look as though it needs some love. We would be open to guidance on these repairs or other maintenance and feel as though the right expert could come along and take a look and let us know if there is anything else we should do to help keep our lovely villa lovely.

Excellent workmanship and sourced high quality materials. Really really happy with the guttering upgrades and the new clear plastic. The job took a little longer than we thought it would (e.g. long materials ordering time, we know this was out of Z's control!) but we found communication to be really responsive when we got in touch.
