Job description
RE- roof of simple house roof (with existing lean-to kitchen and laundry). Approx 103sq m according to --- grey colour steel - see photos. Located in Balmoral, Mt Eden. We need an experienced builder with a good price. The guttering has been replaced five years or so ago and so we’re not intending to replace that but it must be left in working order. If possible we would like to add additional insulation and replace a couple of the ceiling panels that are sagging at the same time, if you have anyone you can work with to do either of these two jobs at the same time. But we could look at these separately. So just quote for the roofing, ( and whether you can work with one of these others I can find, or not).

After replacing the roof our rented house with NZ Roofing Services Ltd, our tenant sent me an email with these words of appreciation for the workmanship " The team were fabulous.
