Reroof ancient roof in colorsteel or similar

The existing roof is being held together by moss and lichen and there are a couple of areas of rot under where nail caps have come off...probably happened sometime last century. We need it completely reroofed. As you'll see from the photos, the rear of the house is easy access; the front is massively tall. The total roof area is about --- . This might be a good opportunity for us to do the insulation at the same time.
