Reroof flat roof house

We would like to reroof a 1970s flat roof stand-alone house that is currently tenanted . The house has no eaves. Also need to replace the roof on the 3 carports attached to the house. We would also like ceiling insulation installed at the same time. Roof area (house and carports) would be about 120 sq meters. We would like this work done sometime over the spring/summer.
