Replace internal gutter system

Quote 1 required: Remove steel guttering and down pipes. Woodworking to modify fascia, adapt profile and add long-term gutter/spouting solution to make weather tight and compliant with current NZ Building Codes. Put sealant over tiles and add flashings to sides of roof. House is 70 year old ex-state Stucco with terracotta tiles. Other options I would like a Quote 2, for please is possibly touch up and paint roof also, unfortunately previous owners painted clay tiles so I need to keep doing this. (and house if possible- Quote 3?). Therefore please give 3 quotes?
