- maintenance and repair of gabled roof with concrete tiles - contractor that applied a moss/mould roof treatment advised the ridges need to be repaired - have noticed that the windows immediately below the repair areas get a lot of condensation indicating there is a leak in the roof tiles - duplex home approx 60sqm roof area - photos to come
