We have a painted corrugated iron roof, not to sure of the age but overall seems in reasonable condition, apart from some random rusted roof nails. The issue is we are noticing some cracks appearing in the ceiling and some water stains. Think the water is either coming through the rusted nail holes or maybe some of the iron has lifted??
Basically we need someone to come assess the roof and advise us on any required repair/replacement.

After looking at our roof he established that our issue was just from previous leaks and deterioration over the years (from before the last time we had it repaired) he told us the roof was actually fine and that there was no need for any work to be done. Really appreciate his honesty, and even though I cant review his workmanship, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him based on our experience dealing with him. "
