Job description
Pressed metal tiles. Decorative stone chip coating. Chip coating has weathered off to a large degree. Two tiles adjacent to the HW cylinder vent pipe are rusted through and leaking. This has been caused by past vent pipe over flow. Looking for experienced roofer to renail loose tiles (metal tiles) and repair flashings. 70sqm small unit. Please phone and arrange a time for site inspection.
