I had a recent leak that needs to be repaired, potentially a failed flashing or just perhaps just need some sealant. This is also the second leak I had since last winter so I’m also keen to have an overall inspection to identify any other risk area. The house is two story with steep roof, hoping to have someone in asap before the forecasted weekend storm.
