This is an occasional leak around a skylight. May be a tricky job but would like to find a permanent solution. It leaked before in a similar position but have been ok for the last few years. The house is currently scaffolded for painting, so access is easy. I logged another job to waterproof a 50mm roof penetration for a heat pump pipes. this is a separate job but could be done together if you have the expertise.
