We have a concrete tile roof on a solidly built house, built in the early 1970s. The roof has had a small leak for a while which we have found difficult to locate. Now the leak has worsened and I suspect will probably be easier now to find (we haven't tried). Husband thinks it may be the flashing. It used to leak only in a blustery north wester but now leaks when it's not blowing. Looking for an experienced roofer who may be able to help.
