Diagnose and repair wind damage roof - may just need to re-fix satellite dish

Post storm/strong winds earlier in the week there has been an ongoing sound of metal on metal scraping/moving around on the roof. I suspect the satellite dish has been damaged in the high wind and needs re-fixing, however could also be roof panels. Building is 2 storeys high so I haven't been able to get up to look myself.
