Possible leaky roof

Have a possibly leaky roof we'd like looked at. Recently bought the property and building report noted there were some popped roofing nails, recommended to be replaced by roofing screws with washers. Hoping this is just a leak caused by the popped nails. I would like the whole roof checked as well as the cavity to identify any leaks/problems and have these quoted for repair please.
