Bath resurface and wall repair 2

I have a bath that needs resurfacing but there is also some damage to the walls around the bath that has been repaired before with silicone but really needs fixing properly, or replacing entirely. I'm also wondering if the walls could be recoated or repainted as well? They are a bit stained. Best to come and look in person.
