Enlarge pantry and make new hallway closet

Current pantry does not optimise space and is too small. I want to separate current pantry and make approx 1/3rd into a hallway closet (create new door in hallway) and expand the rest of the pantry into existing fridge space area (floor to ceiling and remove existing cabinetry), and have some type of french doors. The new pantry will have as many shelves as possible to accomodate food and storage - and the newly built wall should have a whiteboard magnetic finish so we can write on it and/or place photo's on it. The new hallway closet should be able to fit vacuum, ironing board etc..and have a door with a recess handle. Appropriate lighting/electrical in both areas is required and complete finishing, eg. scotia, skirtings, painting etc. I'd like to have this job completed in the next four weeks. I'll be putting a new floor down, so works will need to coincide with floorers - but I presume we would do building work first and then floor second. The working area is small, approx 2m W x 0.7 D x 2.15H. We can purchase materials if contractor provides list or happy to have contractor purchase and charge.
