Entrance way/deck and bathroom reno

We are looking for someone to help us with a functional and modern bathroom Reno, as-well as our deck and entrance. We are wanting to put in bi-fold doors to create indoor outdoor flow from the lounge area to the deck. Our bathroom space is quite small so we are wanting to maximise space and storage in this area as it doubles as a laundry too. We are looking for someone that is available now and can help us figure out the design concept. We are wanting to achieve added re-sell value to the property, but also be able to get some enjoyment out of the renovations ourselves before we sell.
