New wet area bathroom

I have a garage sleepout with an area for bathroom, room size approx 1.6m X 2.5m - 3m, the end wall isn't in yet so size can be determined with what shower and vanity to be fitted. End wall will have to be built. Needs shower tray approx 1.6m X1m this can be custom if need be. shower curtain only, handrails, Vanity, toilet, tile floor. Plumbing and light fitting extractor. The main septic line is outside of the wall the new toilet will sit on, plumbing is in the wall from laundry on another side to connect up with. Paint out area. Opaic tinting on main outside entrance door.
