Building consent application has just been lodged, and we’re keen to get started ASAP after it’s been approved. Plans available on request. Seeking quotes from LBPs only. Work includes new external back door, window, and internal walls to create a new laundry and bathroom within a current lounge area. Ceiling and walls will need to be gibbbed and plastered in renovated area. Also some internal wall and door changes, plus associated gibbing/plaster, to reconfigure existing kitchen and convert current shower area that backs onto it into a pantry.
