Removing interior load bearing wall Ceiling beams fitted to support wall being removed Frame approx 2m² of ceiling where being lifted to match existing Extending length of WC & moving door. Removing existing window & modify framing opening for new window fitting Re-use weatherboards from above to fill in area removed for window height increasing Replace approx 2m² of water damaged flooring for new vinyl to be placed Fit new cavity sliding door Remove internal door & hang opposite side of same wall Remove external timber door and frame for new aluminium framed door Misc other framing & associated building work Build 2.5x2.5m exterior porch. Fit external timber bar flush with new kitchen bench (by others) Fix gib to areas opened up to achieve these works Owner/occupier available to work as hammer hand lifting and pick up and rubbish etc All design & documentation to be supplied by owners
