New bathroom by Xmas?

We have a second bathroom in our house which needs to be completely gutted and re-imagined. Previously suffering from a dampness issue, it has not been used for a decent length of time. The damp issue has now been resolved, so we’d like to to tear everything out and start over. We would also like to rearrange a few things for a better layout (shower and vanity). It is a step down bathroom but I understand we can move plumbing by creating a new floor which will be level with the room it’s connected to and putting the pipes under that. Also interested in getting hot water connected to an Infinity system instead of using the main cylinder. Preference given to tradies who can complete by xmas as we have guests coming over.
