Full Bathroom Renovation

We want to undertake a full bathroom renovation of our small bathroom: moving fixtures/plumbing/drainage and installing a new toilet, shower (wet tiled area), free-standing bath, and vanity. We also require installation of fixtures for an existing washer and dryer that will be placed within a cupboard in the bathroom. We also need to install a new mains-pressure hot water cylinder (already purchased) under the house to replace our existing low-pressure one. Please see attached photos for current layout and proposed design (with dimensions). Please note the existing partition walls, wall linings, and fixtures will have been removed - ie. we will do the demolition ourselves. At this stage we are open to interest from plumbers or a plumber that is part of a team that does bathroom renovations (ie. plumber, electrician, builder, tiler, etc.).
