Bathroom + Laundry Renovation

Swapping location of bathroom and laundry; moving interior wall from current right side of bath to left side; new wall between kitchen and new laundry, in preparation for later additional renovation. Hot water cylinder to be moved to exterior. Water damage issues to wall and floor under current (and new) bath location. Potential water damage to floor around existing laundry tub. Addition of new shower, new ventilation required for bathroom, and venting of dryer. Skylight installed in roof, needs construction of light shaft through to bathroom ceiling (note, this is not in the same location as proposed plans). Cabinetry for new laundry, new toilet unit and rotation in current location.
