Small kitchen rennovation

I am looking to install a dishwasher. Dismantle existing kitchen cupboards and reframe and rebuild cupboards to go over the dishwasher (looking at the photos I want the dishwasher to go where the fridge current is with the drawers and cupboards over the top and then fridge to go where the drawers and cupboards currently are). I would also like a handrail installed in the bathroom at the same time.
