We have an old 1940s concrete garage. The concrete roof is disintegrating; the steel inside is rusted and it is definitely no longer watertight. We are looking to replace said concrete roof with a timber framed metal roof. There would be some steel work involved to keep the existing walls structurally sound. We already have had engineering and design work done, so the job would entail cutting the existing roof off, placing new steel reinforcing and building the new roof.
We aren't in a huge hurry - looking at possibly getting this done closer to the end of the year, but flexible in terms of timing.
