Car deck repair

Kia ora, I have recently bought a property with a car deck which is in need of repair. It is perched on the side of a steep slope. Currently the supports are rusting and the structure is falling away from the concrete ledge it sits on at the road. I am please looking for temporary repairs to fix it back to the concrete to prevent it falling away any further (doesn't need to be usable for a car, just to prevent further damage), as well as eventually for it to be repaired to be usable. Timeframe for temporary fixing is as soon as possible, and for total repair would be in the next year or two depending on cost. Thank you!
