Update kitchen on a budget

I need someone to spray paint my kitchen cabinets and add integrated panel to my dishwasher Would also like to update the hinges and handles as well and possibly add more storage and would likely need a new benchtop and splashback too Open to suggestions and advice Also happy to separate out the jobs so there is no need to do everything in one go as we are on a tight budget
