Kitchen and bathroom upgrade

We want to renovate and upgrade our kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen: Keeping the same g layout as existing kitchen with key fixtures in similar locations (sink, dishwasher fridge remaining in same location, oven stove rangehood moving slightly along same wall), increase number of power points in existing location add one new power point) install cabinetry and benchtops, replace flooring (currently lino and carpet in dining space). Bathroom: Switch toilet and shower over bath in order to get the shower away from the window. Upgrade shower/bath and vanity fixtures, add storage mirror. There may be water damage behind the existing seratone behind bath. Not looking to tile walls. Flexible time frame, preferable to have done at the same time if possible. We have a second bathroom for us to use during the renovation.
