Small Bathroom Renovation

Small bathroom with separate toilet renovation; Toilet Room 1, replace toilet with Bidet, will require electrician to install power point on back wall which I can arrange separately, or you can include in quote. 2, discuss option of installing a shelf with a small sink above bidet, as the bidet doesn't have a cistern above, it is built into the back or comes straight from tap.  I've included a couple of photos of the type of shelf with sink I think will fit Bathroom/Laundry 1, replace board that washing machine sits on with nice one, eg. hardwood or Muranti ply 2, move washing machine tap 30cm lower so it is hidden behind washing machine 3, build a new bench over washing machine using eg. hardwood or Muranti ply 4, build new shelf that dryer sits on so that it matches new bench.  Possibly use black brackets to make them a feature 5, replace bathroom sink with 750mm new Vanity on left-hand wall under bathroom cabinets, and install black taps 6, install new black towel rail, I can arrange electrician separately 7, install new power point near sink or I can arrange separately 8, install second bathroom cabinet next to existing one 9, replace skirting boards with profile that matches the rest of the house (Shower is remaining the same)
