Bathroom Renovation - tub/shower, sink, toilet replacement

We are needing someone to redo our bathroom which had a leak behind the wall and has rotted the tub surround and wall badly. We had the leak dealt to, but are now looking to deal with damage it caused without our knowledge behind the scenes, and renovate at the same time to be cost effective. This has also affected the wall adjoining the room next to bathroom with mold/rot that has gone unnoticed. We are hoping to put in an insurance claim to cover this, so may need help filing a claim with a quote for those elements. We need new acrylic or like tub, shower and mixer (upgrade from old style twist fixture piping) and surround, removal of old steel tub. We'd also like to take opportunity to replace old two tap sink with new sink with mixer and cabinetry, and a new toilet installed. We are looking at very basic fixtures and are looking to be very cost effective to get the job done well and simple aesthetics but on a reasonble budget.
